Bilateral acute angle closure glaucoma associated with Guillain-Barre syndrome variant

I found this a fascinating case as it spanned disciplines of emergency medicine, neurology, ophthalmology and intensive care so well. It is an excellent reminder of the applied anatomy of the eye.
