Ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm presenting as testicular pain

Ruptured aortic aneurysm can present in many a varied manner and this case describes one particularly unusual presentation. Very few cases have been reported in the literature of testicular pain being the presenting feature of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm.
