Myocardial infarction induced by spontaneous pneumothorax

Patients presenting with more than one significant diagnosis, especially when one could be a complication or precipitant of the other, can be very challenging. However, these cases occur and it reminds us of the importance of keeping a broad differential diagnosis and reviewing the history and findings to ensure a complete evaluation of the patient has been made. This is a very educational case.
