The Wood of simple Words was first, the construction began
\nStrong and supple
\nbuilt upon
\nSimplicity- Mother and Father
\nIt felt strong and formed so much
\nThat first timber
\nwarped
\nToo green, too naive it could not
\nSurvive all that happened
\nBut I learned that rock came next
\nEternal strong,
\nUnbowing in the elements
\nIt sat like grey statements of thought
\nAnd learning
\nToo soon it crumbled because it couldn\u2019t change
\nSo change took it and turned it to dust.
\nNow I stand upon glass, hard but moving it
\nAllows the new through it with little resistance.
\nYet I feel exposed
\nStanding upon my tower and looking upon it\u2019s foundations
\nI realise that all I had is unstable
\nAnd all I have is transparent.
\nYet I offer it to you.
\nMy Tower.
\nyour Heart.
\nIf you\u2019ll have it.<\/p>\n
