When I die,
\nI won\u2019t enjoy the things I know.
\nBut then I guess I won\u2019t know,
\nThat
\nWhen I\u2019m dead.<\/p>\n

I feel like dying will be deafening
\nBut am I thinking of deaf,
\nWhen I meant to think of
\nDeath.
\nThey talk of death rattle,
\nThey mean dying rattle.
\nIt doesn\u2019t have the same ring
\nDoes it?<\/p>\n

I saw a western that showed a man
\nDying.
\nAll told- it was quick,
\nI didn\u2019t time it but the dialogue alone
\nSeemed less than a minute.
\nI\u2019m torn (as was he),
\nIs brevity a blessing
\nWhen dying?<\/p>\n

It all seems terribly morbid
\nBut when I\u2019ve thought about it
\nI feel better.
\nFor being alive.
\nAnd I\u2019ve watched
\nA western.
\nI like (some) westerns.<\/p>\n
