The forum may also lead people to your other research\/work on the topic, and can act as an opinion article, or a write-up of a conference, or a project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">You will be in email correspondence with the editorial team who helps publish the articles online and also edits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong><u>Instructions for Authors<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Word count:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Usually around 1000 words<\/li>\n<li>One topic only<\/li>\n<li>Short title\n<ul>\n<li>Phrase in the form of a question<\/li>\n<li>13 words maximum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Author details at start or end of Forum piece:\n<ul>\n<li>Name<\/li>\n<li>Designation<\/li>\n<li>Place of work<\/li>\n<li>X\/Bluesky\/Instagram Contact details<\/li>\n<li>ORCID iD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Photograph(s):<\/strong> At least one photo of yourself and\/or the team and\/or your unit and\/or the institution involved in the topic you are writing about (Jpeg files at 400px by 400px recommended). If reporting on a\u00a0 conference, workshop or event, please submit photos of the proceedings as long as you have consent to share them<\/li>\n<li><strong>References:<\/strong> Usually 5 maximum in BMJSPC format (see journal Formatting Your Paper guide).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Style:<\/strong> Should be written in an informal opinion article style and present the topic in a way that is less official than a formal journal article. No book reviews. Avoid abbreviations\/acronyms (do not assume everyone knows what CSCI or FCP means). No profane language.<br \/>\nWhat mistakes did you make in your project that you would want to avoid next time?<br \/>\nAny tips for tackling this area for the first time?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Format:<\/strong> Use profuse Subheadings and Bullet Points to increase accessibility. Add Hyperlinks which lead to other formal resources, for example, personal and\/or official and\/or organizational websites or the full text journal article.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Summary:<\/strong> Identify three key \u201cTake Home\u201d home messages formatted in a box.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contact Information:<\/strong> Include relevant non-confidential contact information.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Social Media:<\/strong> Provide relevant Social Media contact information you agree to put in the public domain.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Audience:<\/strong> The journal has an international audience so you must write in clear, simple English and avoid cultural, geographic or organizational assumptions.
