Here, Yang et al validated\u00a0 for the first time the full multifactorial model in a large independent prospective cohort of 66,415 European women, demonstrating that BOADICEA is well calibrated, predicts risks accurately in different risk categories and discriminates well between affected and unaffected women. Implemented in www.canrisk.org BOADICEA will assist in personalised decision-making on disease prevention and screening.
