The authors recommend that\u00a0clinicians should endorse cardiac rehabilitation for patients with a\u00a0recent diagnosis of coronary heart disease or heart failure.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.bmj.com\/bmj\/files\/2014\/07\/traceykoehlmoos.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-31983\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.bmj.com\/bmj\/files\/2014\/07\/traceykoehlmoos.jpg\" alt=\"traceykoehlmoos\" width=\"161\" height=\"111\" \/><\/a><strong>\u2022 Working as a policy adviser to the US Marines<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.bmj.com\/bmj\/2015\/09\/29\/tracey-koehlmoos-on-working-as-a-policy-adviser-in-the-us-marines\/\">In her blog, Tracey Koehlmoos describes<\/a> her &#8220;two years and seven\u00a0months at the Pentagon as the Special Assistant to the Assistant\u00a0Commandant and Senior Program Liaison for Community Health Integration\u00a0in the United States Marine Corps.&#8221; And with a title like that, it\u00a0is clearly quite a job. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.bmj.com\/bmj\/2015\/09\/29\/tracey-koehlmoos-on-working-as-a-policy-adviser-in-the-us-marines\/\">Read the full blog here<\/a> as Tracey describes\u00a0what she managed to achieve in her role. &#8220;Firstly, I travelled to\u00a0Afghanistan\u2014on what I can only describe as the combat operations\u00a0health systems tour.
