They had teams under extreme pressure to treat patients and deal with colleagues who were also dying from the disease. Their efforts were hampered by a paucity of equipment. In April, a 14 year old girl died when a wall in an Edinburgh school collapsed and landed on top of her.<\/p>\n<p>What are the health implications of urban building collapse?
