With this in mind, there are of course concerns about the cessation of routine cervical cancer screening, which guidelines currently advise should be offered until age 65.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Anton E Joseph <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bmj.com\/content\/348\/bmj.g3312\">recounts his experiences<\/a> of working in Sri Lanka during the 1960s, which included the task of verifying deaths at executions by hanging and, ironically, performing autopsies on the bodies after they were hanged. In providing his own personal account of capital punishment, Joseph questions why we are spending time trying <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bmj.com\/content\/348\/bmj.g3225\">to find ways to make executions humane<\/a>, and instead argues that it should be abolished in its entirety.<\/p>\n<p>There is also a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bmj.com\/content\/348\/bmj.g3178\">thought provoking analysis paper<\/a> on the shared decision making process, which\u00a0evaluates the different barriers that need to be addressed in order to improve\u00a0the current situation.
