		<description><![CDATA[ I reckon they should go once every 18 months at least, for about 10 days plus a weekend on each end to prepare and get over it. They don&#039;t have to go anywhere far, and flights are so cheap these days that you can really expand your area for your buck. But I don&#039;t think they should be fined for it, at the end of the day, if they don&#039;t want to go on a vacation then they don&#039;t have too.]]></description>
