Unusual Injuries: Complete biceps tendon rupture resulting in radial head subluxation.

A 48 year old gentleman lifts a heavy weight while working and tears the biceps tendon, subluxing the radial head. He loses the ability to pronate and supinate. Although, more common in children, this is a rare pattern of injury in adults. The authors describe investigation and management with some interesting images.
