Incidentally, another of Itami&#039;s films is another favourite of mine - &quot;Tampopo&quot; - a film a film all about food, which ends by gradually zooming out from a scene of a baby being breast fed.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Having been a nurse before pursuing medicine in mid life, death and &quot;laying-out&quot; were old friends - and I can only agree that the grace with which these last tasks are performed,including family members in the process if they desire, can make a useful contribution to their acceptance and understanding of death, and can be a time on very important and in sightful conversations. I hastily add that I did not necessarily see it as a task for myself with my patients - but was moved on occasion to be asked to participate, having explained the process prior to the patient&#039;s death...]]></description>
