		<description><![CDATA[Yeah, I think it would but I guess there is the idea that the CCG would want to be open and collaborate with the patients rather than the former having to revert to legal means to see where their money is going. Personally, I quite like the idea of a dedicated person asking the same question again and again, making it clear that he&#039;s not going away and nor is the question. It also sensitises other people in the room to the fact that the question isn&#039;t being answered. Pritpal]]></description>
