Otherwise it would be like living in hell to relive it all the time. these bits do torment me -like the day we lost my Mother, day we lost Dad. They were too young to die, on x mas day and thanksgiving day respectively! Can’t forget reallY!
It is better to forget rather than to be the one who never forgets! So life can go on.
