		<description><![CDATA[Glad you brought this up. if anything, the said video redirected young woman away from science and into the entertainment industry.  Seems the idea to encourage young women to enter science was blindly outsourced to an advertising agency who simply stuck a test tube and white coat into what might otherwise be a lingerie, make-up, or clothing advertisement.   So where do we go from here. Why don&#039;t intelligent, informed women such as yourself brainstorm with female colleagues at Oxford, UCL, Manchester etc,  and devise a meaningful promotion of science to young women. Such an exemplary program could be a prototype to aid in the democratization and enlargement of those entering science from other(hitherto ignored ) under represented  groups as well. ]]></description>
