		<description><![CDATA[If we as Medical Students take up the &#039;non-urgent&#039; care as you suggest then the action will have less impact and therefore we (Doctors and future Doctors) will be less likely to persuade the Government to negotiate on their pension reform plans. Also can you imagine the stink eyes we would get from the hospital doctors if, when they are trying to &#039;disrupt&#039; the NHS, we swoop in to save the day!!]]></description>
