What do I know?

I know it did make my arm a bit sore for 36 hours.

But at least I now know that:

•	I have good immunological protection,
•	I am far less likely to catch swine flu from patients and give it to my family,
•	I am far less likely to catch it and give it to vulnerable patients (of which I see dozens in the course of a single day),
•	I am far less likely to go off sick for 10 days leaving my overworked colleagues caring for large numbers of additional patients in my absence,
•	I am far less likely to catch it and develop life-threatening complications or die, and
•	I am far less likely to get Guillain-Barre syndrome than if I caught the swine flu naturally.

Knowledge is truly a wonderful thing.

The fact: a small minority of young people, suffer from swine flu, all around the world, even in Neaple! In addition, among young men and women, who are involved by swine flu, only a small minority die for viral pneumonitis.
What accounts for the reason of such as greatly different behaviour? Perhaps, there is a singular constitution which predisposes to viral pneumonitis? If this is true, we must pay attention particularly to these individuals, rather than others, showing normal immune defence.

Tom Nolan tells us that,

"The Commission on Health Medicines in the UK state that the “balance of risks and benefits of thiomersal-containing vaccines is overwhelmingly positive.”"

Who are the 'Commission on Health Medicines'? And don't you get a bit fed up with the utter meaninglessness of such utterances? I know I do.
