		<description>Dear Juliet, it seem clear that "Mala Tempora Currunt"  especially in Medicine, which unfortunately is a maid of Economics, if really we need a computer and a computerised test to calculate whether patients are at risk of Type 2 diabetes and therefore allow doctors to intervene before they develop the disease. Are there a few CLINICIANS alive on the earth? You know,to much information kills information. In fact, also in my former, 6-year-old paper, recomended for some time by NATURE.COM, published on NEJM and honoured by MEDLINE (http://blogs.nature.com/  Top cited papers  Diet and Risk of Type 2 Diabetes (Medline)
