dear mr hogg. i have hada series of accidents leaving me with the effects of severe club foot. however i know it is not as it only occured after the accidents. until i watched your video i was incredibly rude about it and said that people who had the condition were just freaks. i now know that this is not the case. thank you for making your video it not only affects the people you treated but alot of other people too.

Patti- I assume this is you from Ngwelezane? I don't know of any central internet video library for accessing medical information. The video has been distributed informally to a few medical colleagues at other hospitals. Apart from that I haven't really taken it much further. I suppose if I had a bit more time I could get some translators for all the South African dialects and distribute it to a few more Hospitals- are there any Suthu's or Xhosa out there who fancy taking it on?

Dear Dr Andrew Hogg,

This is really a great job! The work, of course, is very commendable. How difference a person can make if he/she is really interested! Go to another world, work there and realize the necessity, make an educational multimedia and voice out here for all of us!!!

While watching video, I was taken back to my orthopedic rotations of my undergraduate medical school which just concluded. Orthopedic, in fact, is really interventional and rewarding field.

The multimedia is perfect. I'm sure many will take advantage of it. Thanks to bmj.com for becoming adventurous enough to put it in the blog.

Superb!!!

Best wishes,

Dear Mr Hogg,

This is very interesting, particularly as a new way of disseminating information to areas where paper resources may be difficult to access.

Is there a central "library" of videos such as these that could be accessed by medics and nurses across the world?
