		<description>Dear Paul,

This is really interesting blog and of course, fewer will differ with you. This is because, it is the reality! Yes I agree "If you are not (and most of us aren’t) does that make you a hypocrite?"

In the grounds that most medics are often worst drinker and smoke as well, we will have to afraid to counsel the patients with regards to these things and definitely will not have any morality to ridicule (patients if they fail to comply)!!! The trend starts right from the medical schools, which will be continued with free lunches and cocktail dinner of pharmaceutical companies in the later professional life as well!

Personally, I don't do both of these but I'm little overweight (!!!) and thought many a time to lose the weight but it goes on! Thank god, it is almost constant though!

Finding time to exercise is equally difficult for me too. Being a young doctor, getting involved with the job and seeking for better discipline as well as involvement, the life style has been drastically changed! We need to work hard, read, write, respond and get updated!

I often work and study late night. I wake up just half an hour prior to the time I go to work and prepare myself. So extremely less time for the jogging and gyms!!!!

I even bought a cycle for this purpose, which is now rusted and the paddle of one side has fallen!

Thank you Paul, I need not be PERFECT to PREACH !!!

Best wishes,
