		<description>Typical weasel attitude of politicians (I am not sure that this is not a calumny on weasels!) but I think that the Press would have had such a field day that Government would have either had to admit to more rationing or put NICE back where it belonged - out to grass.</description>

		<description>It's easy to be high-minded about the use of words when you are not in the firing line.  Imagine the tabloid storm if Dawn Primarolo had used the word 'rationing'.  Would the press really have conducted a useful and constructive debate?</description>
