		<description><![CDATA[Claire, as a fellow conference delegate, I too found Inkling very exciting, particularly when its CEO showed us how Netter&#039;s Atlas of Human Anatomy was &quot;deconstructed&quot; (his words) and then re-versioned for Inkling. You could zoom in, drill down, rotate. It looked lovely.

Yes, the &quot;elephant in the room&quot; (his words again) is that so much book-related content currently on the iPad is constrained by the fact that it was built for a printing press.

I&#039;m sure products like Inkling will ultimately replace InDesign in digital publishing, and I his four tips for publishers gave us all food for thought: 

1.	Start building media-rich natively-digital content today
2.	Build in-house skills around modern web technologies
3.	Avoid bringing dying brands to digital as a revival tactic. Look to build  new brands.
4.	Acquire future-proof assets
