Become an agent for change

Read and watch our change projects

In 2010 we invited junior doctors to submit their ideas to improve patient safety. We received 80+ worked examples and the best were presented at our conference in June.

You can view the submissions, read the posters and watch videos from the event here.

Need some ideas for your own change project? This is a great place to start.

Get help from others to build your own

As a junior doctor you see healthcare from the frontline. You notice how to improve things and how to make care better for your patients.

We’ve shown you how other junior doctors have managed to create change in their workplace. Now it’s your turn.

Not sure how to get started? Use our template to help plan your ideas and get advice from other junior doctors who have already succeeded.

Publish it, collaborate and share ideas

Once you’ve planned your idea for change. Email your completed template to agentsforchange.conference@bmjgroup.com.

We’ll publish it online for other doctors to share their experiences and advice. If your idea becomes a success tell others through this site and encourage them to spread the change in their practice.
