Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy

Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, now apparently known as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Type I, was found in eight children from a tertiary metabolic clinic, and with features which may suggest mitochondrial disease. Here.
There’s a very well written “problem solving in clinical practice” article in ADC E&P (the continuing professional development part of ADC) which covers the revised classification of the pain syndrome; well worth a look at, here.
